I nearly got from 70-73 defence getting rune defender in a day. So, I started slayer, and here's a pic of my equip:
And if my health gets low:
It's expensive, but works very, very well.
I also did a couple of clue scrolls:
Guthix kite was the only good reward, since I discovered enchanted tops are only about 70k now...
