Erm...

Well, I was talking with a few people from the clan, and I've kinda thought up a plan..

After I get 90 mage, 80 craft, 80 construction...

I do something really, really hard.

99 Farming. I know, it sounds insane, but it would get me a hell of a lot of respect. I'd do the same technique as before, but I would have to spend my remaining time making money to afford it. I was thinking Mine P ess and craft into nats, as I can do both of these quite easily, and ess mining gives me time to do other stuff.

So... yeah. It'll take me fucking forever, but I'll get some mining xp, very good runecrafting xp, and of course farming xp.

I'll slip down the ranks a lot, since all the skills are slow to level, but having high levels in farming and runecrafting will be amazing, especially with the money to be made from runecrafting at higher levels. I need to look into how many days it'll take me, and the average cost per day, but I will do that whilst I am crafting, as I should have a bit of time whilst I am making the braces.

Getting even 90 farming will be the hardest thing I have ever done, but I reckon I can make it work. Just.

Yellow phat

Whilst I was alching with X Toadflax X, I met Deepblue05, and he let me borrow his Yellow Partyhat!



Might use the image of me wearing it for a few future screenies, looks hawt!

Also, I price checked most of my account, and I'm worth about 55m.

Alching

Well, I simply couldn't face starting runecrafting again, so I bought the Yew Longbows and Natures for 90...

I'm also working on making a proper banner for the site, but I need to look into the coding in more detail, and get a grasp of Fireworks...

Sailing

Okay, so there have been a lot of rumours going around about sailing, so I looked into it.

It is completely fake.

Here is the "proof" of Sailing:


1. Now, the guy in the banner? That is a trimmed defence cape, plain and simple. Also, this image, it is an artist's impression, not the actual game! I mean, look at the staff. What is that meant to be?

2. The next bit of "evidence", is the strongest so far. The highscores picture. This looked pretty convincing, until you zoom in to 800%. Suddenly, it looks a lot different.

Notice the complete lack of blending around the sailing icon? The summoning icon is blended, so that it looks convincing at normal zoom. The sailing icon looks like a 5 minute job on paint! Also, notice around the other icons, the icons blend into the background, but not with the sailing icon.

3. Pirate implings? How on earth are they related to sailing!?

4. The new world map. This is long overdue, but how does this relate to sailing in the slightest?

5. Timings. Yes, it has been a while since the last skill, but don't you think Jagex have been busy enough with RuneScape High Detail!?

On a final note, looking at the world map, there would be no point in Sailing whatsoever, as most of the map is one block of land.

Min: -64 x 19k = 1.22m!!!
Med: -128 x 19k = 2.43m!!!

Therefore it will probably cost me about 3m, to go from 65-80 crafting, which is very good!

Black XP

Well, I decided to customize my XP, which I have never quite got round to doing.


Modifications used:
SplitBrowser - Enables multiple Firefox windows to be run at once, and they can be places anywhere.
StumbleUpon - Suggests sites depending on what your interests are, works very well.
Zune - A very smooth Black and Orange theme for XP, straight from Microsoft.
AquaTint Black Gloss theme for Firefox.

GREASEMONKEY IS NEEDED FOR THE FOLLOWING!
RS Highs - Adds F2P and P2P combat level to the RuneScape highscores, very, very useful.
Black YouTube - A perfect script, makes YouTube much more attractive.
YouTube Lyrics - Displays the video lyrics right next to the video, making it easy to read along. Scans many sites. Also removes all ads on YouTube.
YouTube High Quality - Automatically plays videos in higher quality, and also makes downloading videos easy.

70 prayer

70 prayer, now I can bless graves! Woohoo!

85 Magic

Just alched my way to 85 magic. I also spent 4m on the Drag Bones for 70 prayer, but I am not noting it as a task, because it will not take very long at all.

60 Herblore

I took a small break to get 60 herblore, since it was getting on my nerves. It cost me about 500k though.



Now to get back to alching...

Skillis

Well, my good friend Skill_Fairy sent me these pictures. He drew me, with a little hand for high-fiving, and then modelled them! ;)

Tbh... this is pretty damn cool, I don't think anyone has ever drawn my picture before.

65 Runecrafting

People say Runecrafting is a hard skill, but it really isn't, you just need to stick with it. Anyway, once I have alched to 85 mage, I'm going to spend 3.8m on 70 prayer, so I can bless graves to help people.

Also, I can now craft Death Runes, not that I want to...

Zogre Flesh Eaters

According to RuneHQ, this quest is "Long". It took me under 2 hours! That's short! Well, now I can make brutal arrows... Like I'll ever need that..!

99 Fishing

Well, in my usual style, I managed to get 99 fishing via Evil Bob's random...

Another Slice of H.A.M

Just finished the last HAM related quest, and I now have a prayer-removing weapon, and access to a whole new city! Woo!

The Giant Dwarf

I started this quest a long time ago whilst exploring. I bought 100 x Mith, Silver, Iron and Coal for the favours, and ended up using about 10 of each... Oh well, now I can get my Angel of Death!

Death to the Dorgeshuun

Completed Death to the Dorgeshuun yesterday, quite a fun quest, did the "crate glitch" with Danny. The fights were very easy though, bit disappointing.

Animal Magnetism

Just finished Animal Magnetism, so I finally have Ava's Device, which will hopefully become part of my "standard" equipment.

Smoking Kills

Just finished Smoking Kills, it was a bit tricky, but rescuing a damsel in distress is all in a day's work..!

I'm not going to look much into the rewards until I properly start Slayer, so probably not for another 9 months at least.

I am attempting to do all the quests now, alphabetically... First up Animal Magnetism, but I need to do Ghosts Ahoy to start it, so a-ecto-plasm'ing I go!

Icthlarin's Little Helper

Just completed Ichlarin's Little Helper, actually had quite a good storyline, full of flashbacks and deceit and such! Also, I can now speak to my Overgrown Hellcat, and he's a pretty nice cat!



Also, I'm considering doing a quest a day...

Legends

Well, I finally got round to doing legends, and it wasn't actually that hard. Had to fight 6 level 100+, and 3 x lv 187 demon, but that was kinda okay..



And I used the xp to get 56 herblore... I don't know why...

Oops... 99 wc

Well, in my usual skillful manner, I managed to get 99 woodcutting all on my own...

But people came with me to get cape, so it was alright.

And cape looks pretty good, it's taken long enough to get it...


Now it's on with approx 100 hours or RuneCrafting natures and High Alching Yew Longbows. Ho hum...

Runescape High Detail

Oh my fucking god.

It's here.

RS HD is finally here, and I managed to play it.

You simply would not believe how bloody AMAZING it ALL is. Everything has been redone, everything looks breathtaking... I just can't explain how amazing it is.

And then I found the fullscreen button...

Thoughtfully, they've let us widescreen monitor owners change the resolution. Now, having RS, in the new detail mode, on a widescreen monitor... It's amazing.

Unfortunately, I was only on for about 15 minutes, generally gasping with shock at every new screen, when all servers crashed, due to the sheer amount of data being transferred. I only made my way around Lumbridge and Al Kharid, but I liked what I saw.

Good points:

• Water, it is amazing.
• Player detail.
• The oasis in Al Kharid.
• Fuck it, EVERYTHING!!

Bad point:

• Overall, nothing too bad, but I'm a moaner, so:
• High Alch spell is now harder to time.
• Chat box is a bit hard to see.
• For now, the different menus are tricky to navigate.
• Lots of empty space on the screen.

It is very, very good though. I can only imagine how Castle Wars is now, with new graphics, and the hectic gameplay that has made it famous.
